      With the “cnlexfirm – iPAS™”, our clients can now directly access, online, their Intellectual Property Portfolios (Patent, Trademark, Copyright Applications), Inter Partes Cases, IP Related Civil and Criminal cases as a result of enforcing their IP Rights via the application of Search Warrant before the Regular Courts.

     With a special username and password, CNLEXFIRM’s clients can now browse our WEBSITE and be able to see the status of their applications and other related IP cases online! The connection is firewall secured and password protected to prevent unauthorized access to the client’s records.

     Once logged in, our client will be able to see the most recent instruction coming from them and the recent action of CNLEXFIRM thereto. One can also send an email to CNLEXFIRM on the particular page of the web where the application is displayed. One can also send a patent, trademark or copyright application electronically! The application details can likewise be seen, together with the history of the application/registration from its inception, with of course the billings and payments for each of the applications CNLEXFIRM are handling. All told, “cnlexfirm – iPAS™” will make things easier for our clients to get the status of their IP Portfolio and send instructions with one “click!” What’s more, cost of communication will be drastically reduced and the speed of communication will not be compromised.
